Herazee Group works alongside owners whose businesses have grown faster than their daily operations. We bring order to the work, document what matters, and help the team follow through.
These are the problems Joann is most often brought in to solve. They usually show up after the business has grown, the team is stretched, and the old way of doing things no longer works.
Routine decisions, approvals, and questions keep landing with the owner, which slows the team down and leaves little time to lead.
Key steps live in text messages, old documents, and people's memory. When someone is out or leaves, the process goes with them.
The same issues resurface because ownership is unclear, follow through is inconsistent, or no one has documented a better way.
The scope depends on the business. The goal is simple: clearer processes, stronger follow through, and less dependence on the owner.
Every engagement begins by understanding how the work gets done today. From there, Joann builds what is missing, helps the team use it, and leaves the business with a system it can maintain.
Talk with the owner and team, review current workflows, and identify what is creating delays, confusion, or repeated problems.
Develop the processes, SOPs, roles, and tools the business actually needs.
Introduce the new process, answer questions, and adjust it based on how the team works in practice.
Leave the owner and team with clear documentation, accountability, and a process they can continue using.
Joann has spent more than twenty years managing the moving parts behind hospitality, property, care, and business operations.
Built SOPs and operating routines for hospitality businesses with multiple locations.
Managed teams and daily workflows across care, hospitality, and property environments.
Introduced clearer communication, ownership, and documentation when work had become inconsistent.
Supported organizations with operations in South America and the Caribbean.
Joann was born and raised in South Florida, where business was personal long before it became her career. Watching her father build and run a family owned business gave her an early understanding of what ownership actually requires: long days, constant decisions, and the responsibility of keeping everything moving.
She carried that foundation into more than twenty years in operations management across hospitality, property, care homes, online sales, and nonprofit environments. After relocating from South Florida to Arizona for her career, she continued doing the work she is best at: bringing structure to busy operations and helping teams work with more consistency.
She founded Herazee Group to give growing businesses practical operational support without requiring a full time COO. Joann works directly with owners and teams to understand how the business runs, fix what is getting in the way, and put better systems into daily use.
